Registration

This is a 1-day medical mission trip to Templo Embajadores de Jesus — a church and refugee shelter not far from the border. Pastor Gustavo Banda's church receives and disciples families from all over the world. Whether you are a doctor, nurse, medical student, or simply want to assist a medical team, we'd love for you to join this medical clinic trip!

TO REGISTER, please begin filling out the form at the bottom of this page and submit your trip fee to join us. About 1 week away from this trip's date, you will be sent a confirmation email with detailed info on transportation and other important trip details. EACH PERSON must individually register.

For certified medical professionals, the trip fee is waived. Otherwise, Pre-Registration is $50 before August 23rd. Afterward, Regular Registration is $65.

• Fees: Registration fees have been kept to a minimum so everyone can participate. Please don't let the fee keep you from doing what God may want you to do. Call us — we may have family sponsorships!
  • If your church or ministry is paying for your trip fee, please note that in the comments below and state the name of the person that will be responsible for your fees. Thank you!
  • Registration fee is non-refundable if you decide to drop out.
• Donations: If you are able, please donate extra to help with the cost by clicking here. The registration fees rarely cover the expenses (i.e. transportation, food, medications, medical supplies, etc.)
